Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Jeaf.one (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Accounts & Email Verification

You may need an account to access parts of the Service. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it updated. We may require email verification before enabling certain features or awarding welcome credits.

3. JC Credits

Jeaf.one may use platform credits called JC for access to apps, ebooks, or features.

  • JC is a platform credit used only on Jeaf.one and has no cash value outside the platform.
  • JC may be earned (for example via welcome bonuses or promotions) or purchased (for example via Stripe checkout).
  • We may update pricing, access duration rules, or credit rules to protect the platform and keep it functional.

4. Purchases, Refunds & Chargebacks

Purchases may be processed through third-party payment providers (such as Stripe). Except where required by law, purchases of JC and digital access are generally non-refundable once delivered/credited.

Fraudulent activity, abuse, or chargebacks may result in suspension/termination of your account and/or reversal of credits where permitted.

5. Access to Apps & Digital Content

Some apps and ebooks may be free, and some may require JC or an active access record (time-limited access). Access may expire based on the chosen duration.

6. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for illegal purposes.
  • Attempt to hack, disrupt, or reverse engineer the Service.
  • Exploit bugs or bypass access controls.
  • Abuse signup/verification mechanisms to obtain credits unfairly.

7. User Content

If the Service allows you to submit content (text, uploads, or other material), you are responsible for what you submit. You grant us a limited right to host and display such content to operate the Service.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including design, branding, software, and content (unless otherwise stated), is owned by Jeaf.one and/or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, or resell content without permission.

9. Availability & Changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, including features, pricing, and access rules. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

10. Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We make no warranties that the Service will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted. For more details, see our Disclaimer.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jeaf.one is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

12. Third-Party Services

The Service may rely on third parties such as:

  • Stripe (for payments and credit purchases),
  • YouTube or other media platforms (if embedded/linked),
  • Other websites or resources we do not control.

We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party services. Your use of third-party services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

13. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account or restrict access if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, misused the Service, or caused harm to the platform or others.

Termination or suspension does not entitle you to refunds of JC or payments, except where required by law.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Norway, without regard to conflict of law rules.
